Join us for the ultimate community celebration and spectacular fireworks display, to end the year on the Semaphore Foreshore! It’s a free and family-friendly event that promises a great night for everyone.

The festivities kick off at 6pm and continue until the stroke of midnight. Enjoy a night filled with live performances by main stage bands, DJs and roving entertainment across an alcohol-free zone.

Gear up for not one, but TWO fireworks displays that will illuminate the night sky with dazzling shows accompanied by music at 9.30pm and midnight.

Enjoy a wide array of treats from food trucks along the Esplanade as you count down to midnight.

This celebration is proudly presented by the City of PAE as we end the year together.

Road closures and parking
Parking on the day will be limited, and road closures will be in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy the event safely. The following roadways will be temporarily closed from 10am on Wednesday 31 December 2025 to 2am on Thursday 1 January 2026:

10am to 2am

• Semaphore Road, Semaphore between Institute Lane/Customs Lane and the Esplanade
• Esplanade, Semaphore between Swan Street and Blackler Street

12pm to 2am

• Semaphore Road, Semaphore between Institute Lane/Customs Lane and Military Road
• Esplanade, Semaphore between Hall Street and South Terrace
• Swan Street, Semaphore between Esplanade and Military Road
• Custom Lane, Semaphore between Swan Street and Semaphore Road
• Institute Lane, Semaphore between Newman Street and Semaphore Road

Dry Zone
To keep everyone safe and to support local business, there’ll be a dry zone in place for 24 hours from 12pm on Wednesday 31 December 2025 to 12pm on Thursday 1 January 2026. This means that people may only consume alcohol within existing licensed premises in the area. The dry zone will extend down Semaphore Road, from Causeway Road through to the Esplanade and onto the foreshore where the event is taking place.
